HOW TO USE
Apply eyeliner at the base of the upper lashes. For a fine line, apply it to the eyelid using the point of the tip. For a thicker line, hold Line Art at an angle and apply it to the eyelid. For best results, keep the product stored upright with the cap facing down and the cap tightly closed to avoid the pen from drying out.
