3. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You provide proof of purchase.

4. How can I pay for my order?

You can pay through Cash on Delivery, Online Visa/MasterCard, Credit/Debit Card On Delivery, UnionPay Debit/Credit Card

5. How long does delivery take?

We deliver orders within 2-5 business days across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above PKR  1500. Otherwise, a standard delivery fee applies.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with images of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.

9. Do you sell original products?

Yes! We guarantee 100% original and authentic branded cosmetics. We source our products directly from authorized distributors.
